EGWiMe Training Day 24.7.2019 – Neusiedl am See, Austria

Topics such as anger and dealing with destructive personality parts were on the agenda of this year’s training day of the ExpertsGroup Business Mediation. At the invitation of UBIT Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland, nearly 50 business mediators came to the Hotel Wende in Neusiedl am See on July 24, 2019 for their summer education.

Ms Dr. Adelheid Kastner, primary physician at the Kepler University Hospital, expert in forensic psychiatry and author of the eponymous book, made a “plea for anger”.

In her lecture, Prof. Dr. Rotraud Perner imposed the question related to the handling of destructive personalities: Ignore – fight – forgive – or …?.

Both speakers concluded: To give expression to feelings in a non-violence manner gives hope that conflicts can be carried out constructively.
