The Authors

Dr. Ilse Andrea Ennsfellner, CMC is an entrepreneur, management consultant, university lecturer, chairwoman of the “EN 16114 Management Consulting Services” project committee, many years of experience in representing the interests of the management consulting and IT association, and vice president of the international umbrella organization for management consulting associations ICMCI.

Robert Bodenstein, MBA, CMC has been a management consultant in Vienna since 1982 and spokesman for the management consultants in the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. The focus of his professional activity is IT consulting and controlling.

Prof. Dr. Josef Herget combines many years of experience in science with international consulting work
